Basic Game Session skeleton (#67)
* Fixed grab_focus error on not is_inside_tree
* Moved SampleGame to GameSession/GameSession
* Basic GameSession and GameSessionMenu/Escape Menu
* Map Control Panel skeleton
* Added requirement comments
* Removed unnecessary CenterContainer
